Cemicore is a product created for all glycemic impact diets which is the new official points-system diet. It is non restrictive which means dieters are given a chance to indulge in sugary foods once in a while. The product is advertised as being able to block excess sugar from being stored in the body as fat and inhibit weight gain caused by aging through the stimulation of the metabolism. Cemicore also suppresses appetite cravings. This product has been tested in clinical studies and has been proven effective in promoting weight loss.

Diet Lifestyle
The Glycemic Impact (G.I.) diet rates foods on a scale of 0-100 depending on the speed of the rise in the body’s blood sugar. Foods are classified under two groups—those with a high G.I. point or “fast sugars” and those with low G.I. or “slow sugars”. The former are foods that rapidly increase blood sugar levels and get stored in the body as fat; while the latter are those with a much lower effect on blood sugar and weight gain. Thus Cemicore helps people get rid of excess weight better than a glycemic impact diet otand exercise could.

Final Thoughts
A 6-week, double-blind placebo clinical trial which includes diet and exercise was conducted on Cemicore. The participants not only lost an average of 7.7 pounds, but their waistlines trimmed down by 2 inches as well. However, the results were also dependent on the amount of food they consumed and if they engaged in exercise or not. Thus individual results may vary and effective weight loss may only be achieved by following a calorie-restricted diet together with a regular exercise regimen. Notwithstanding the data, we find that the product contains an excessive amount of caffeine which prevents us from heartily recommending it to the average dieter.
