No matter where you are the temptation to have a taste of that high carb foods is inevitable. We are more tempted to give in when we stack up our cupboards with such contents.
Admit it or not, you have been on such ground sometime in your life. So if you’re ready to make that great change we are offering three pointers that could get us back on a low-carb diet wagon:
First, plan ahead. If you are usually having those lunch breaks outside, it would be better to load up your bag with some low-carb snacks. Having a routine time for snacking would also help to resist the temptation of munching throughout the day with unhealthy foods. If your work is just situated at home, better set up a strict rule of eating on the kitchen solely on a certain schedules and time frame;
Second. If you’re on the verge of reaching out for a quick nibble with high-carb foods, have a self-check. Evaluate what you’re really feeling. There are times that we feel bored and quickly jump on junk food bingeing to pass time. Why not opt for walking instead. Stretch those legs or even try bonding with your pals over the phone.
Third, eliminate granting yourself with heavy and fabulous diner meals whenever you finish up on big projects or so. Why not treat yourself with non-food self-gratifying stuffs, may it be from magazines or other things you might actually enjoy aside from food. If ever you feel like going out, why not have a low-carb espresso to enjoy with while looking at those paperwork as well.
